Each Mr. Sweepie® kit includes:

3. Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices may change without notice but will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. International Orders
The online store currently accepts orders for delivery within South Africa.
Customers outside South Africa are welcome to purchase Mr. Sweepie® products by contacting us directly via email or WhatsApp.
For international orders we will:
- Prepare a quotation in your local currency where possible.
- Provide the best available shipping options.
- Arrange shipping directly to your delivery address.
- Handle import duties and customs fees where applicable to provide a smooth delivery experience.
5. Payment
Payments are currently processed securely through PayFast.
Mr. Sweepie® reserves the right to introduce additional secure payment methods in the future.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.
6. Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within 24 to 48 hours unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times may vary depending on:

- Public holidays
- Weather conditions
- Remote delivery locations
- International customs procedures
Mr. Sweepie® cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.
7. Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery provided that:
- the product is unused;
- the product remains in new condition;
- the brushes have not been cut, trimmed, modified or altered;
- the product is clean and free from dirt, cement, paint or other contaminants;
- all supplied components are returned.
Products that have been installed, altered, damaged through use, or returned in an unsuitable condition cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.
8. Product Performance
Mr. Sweepie® is designed to perform on correctly installed sliding gate systems.
Brush life depends on the condition of the gate track and the surrounding concrete, paving or other surfaces.
Excessively rough, broken, uneven or damaged surfaces may cause accelerated brush wear.
Normal wear, incorrect installation, misuse, abuse or unsuitable site conditions are not considered manufacturing defects.
9. Limitation of Liability
Mr. Sweepie® shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the installation or use of the product.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the product is correctly installed and suitable for their particular gate system.
10. Intellectual Property
Mr. Sweepie® is a registered trademark.
The Mr. Sweepie® sliding gate track sweeper is protected by patent Reg. No. 2008/00942.
No part of this website, product design or written material may be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
